Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Awesome Rate $135- $150 per night
- Seasonal Rates:
December, January, February: $150.00 per night
July and August: $150.00 per night
All other months: $135.00 per night
Hawaii State General Excise Tax is 4.712% and Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax is 9.25%
Total Accommodation and State Tax is 13.962% per night.
Cleaning Fee of $100.00-$150
Refundable Security Deposit of $200.00 (returned upon check-out or credit card information can be held)
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am
50% payment is required upon booking and the balance due 30 days prior to check in unless last minute reservation, then balance is due prior to day of check in.
