House Details: Family-friendly items included are books for all ages, toys, puzzles, movies for all ages, well-loved bikes, riding toys, high chair, full size crib with rocking chair, 2 baby gates, excersaucer, strollers, sippee cups, baby monitor, booster seats, and pool toys. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of having 6 private bedrooms, conveniently located throughout the house! 5 bedrooms are upstairs. One is a master suite with private bathroom. Another full bathroom is in the upstairs hall. 1 bedroom is downstairs, also with a private bathroom. The house has a large 28 x 14 foot carpeted living room that includes 2 cable televisions (35 inch and 25 inch), each with DVD/VCR players. The hardwood floored 14 x 14 dining room comfortably fits an 8 foot dining table. The kitchen and adjacent powder room have ceramic tiled floors. The kitchen has sliding glass doors that open to the backyard deck and pool/spa area.
More House Details: All six bedrooms are carpeted. 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house has 7 ceiling fans in all. All bathrooms have ceramic tiled floors. The master bedroom has a faux balcony overlooking the backyard pool area. One bedroom has a trayed ceiling.
Renovation Summary: The house was completely renovated in 2006. Renovations included new vinyl siding, new roof, all new windows, new wiring, 18 x 18 foot 2 story addition, all new carpet, all new appliances, new swimming pool, new hot tub, new sod, new deck, all new paint, new furniture, and new white vinyl fencing.
