Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Cleaning Fee : $85.00 in addition to all rental fees.
State of Florida bed tax in addition to all rental fees.
Deposit of $500 due with booking, remaining balance due 30 days prior to stay.
Cancellation refund policy: if 60 days prior to stay 80% of deposit will be returned, if 30 days prior to stay 60% of deposit will be returned, if less than 30 days prior to stay zero of deposit will be returned and 50% of remaining balance that has been paid will be returned. If cancelling 7 days or less prior to stay no refunds will be made all deposits and monies paid will be forfeited.
