La Ribera Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Holiday rates are $100 extra per day.
Policies
A reservation confirmation and rental agreement must be executed to confirm your reservation. It is understood that guests may take possession of the Villa no earlier than 4:00 PM on the date of rent and must vacate the house by noon on the day of departure. Exceptions to this may be granted by request.
In order to confirm your reservation, a signed copy of this agreement along with a 50% deposit of the total rental amount must be received within 10 days of booking. Final payments (remaining rental, security deposit, and taxes) must be received 60 days prior to arrival date.
Children are welcome. Pets will be considered. Smoking is not allowed.
Deposits - A 40% security deposit is required on all rentals. Following your departure, any security deposit paid will be returned to you within 14 days at your mailing address less any charges for damage to the property or anything pertaining to, but not limited to breakage, theft, damage repairs, replacements, extended stay and extra guests not paid for.
Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Reservations under deposit and canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival are fully refunded less a $400.00 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled less than 60 days of arrival date are 50% refundable. If space is re-sold following cancellation, full refund will be made, less a $200.00 cancellation fee. No adjustments to payments will be made for late arrivals or early departures with the following exception. If the State of Baja California Sur Posts an official Hurricane Watch or Warning guests may depart at their discretion and receive a refund for nights paid for but not used.
