Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• From $70/Night for two - $15 per additional person, per night
• Visa/Mastercard: We are now able to accept Visa and MasterCard payments.
  Check in time: after 3:00 PM. Check-out: before 10:00 AM of departure day
  This is a NON-SMOKING unit
  Damage/Reservation Deposit: A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward the rent, however it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met:
  a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents.
  b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
  c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash can outside, dishes are done and put away, and one load of laundry (towels, sheets) is started.
  d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is locked.
• 1. PAYMENT: An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks to North Camp. The BALANCE is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  
  2. CANCELLATIONS: A 30 day notice is required for cancellation and will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, after the 30 day period, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
