The new 3 queen size beds have Denver Mattress (Doctor’s Choice) with beautiful comforters, soft cotton sheets and pillows for a goodnight restful sleep. All bedrooms including the living and dining rooms have cherry wood stained hardwood floors with area rugs. Ceramic tile floors are in the kitchen and bathroom. The renovated charming Country kitchen (with a 40 year old stained glass hanging light fixture over the sink and a butcher block cutting table) is fully functional and well-equipped with new appliances.

Avoid the cost of dining out and cook your own home cooked meals in my fully functional, stocked, and well-equipped Country kitchen. Many small appliances and all the necessary accessories including cookbooks. You are able to cook your favorite foods and share with family and friends. The kitchen is homey enough to cook a turkey during Thanksgiving/Christmas. The large patio is popular where you and your family can BBQ before/after an Aggie football game. The Country Living with a Cottage Style large living room has a BIG Screen TV (56” HD JVC TV) with surround sound system, CD/VCR/DVD player and stereo, and Direct TV with 150 channels for your entertainment during your stay. It has an ambiance gas fireplace for the winter colds and a ceiling fan for a summer coolness. The dining room has a large table with six comfortable chairs for a formal or informal meals. The large utility room (276 sq. ft.) is equipped with two new large Sears washer/dryer for your laundry. An iron and ironing board are provided. The backyard is being converted into a Hacienda Courtyards with 20 ft. banana trees, Palm trees, hacienda brick wall, etc. Home & Garden patio furniture with a large umbrella in the rear deck to have your meals outside. Also, a cedar bench to sit and read a book or you may want to enjoy the breeze and Texas sunshine. The side covered porch (196 sq. ft.) has Wicker patio furniture with cushions and a ceiling fan with a light fixture.
