Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• 5000 - 7500 weekly
• To secure your booking, a non-refundable 30% of the requested rates is payable. The full balance is required 30 days prior to stay, for bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full balance is payable immediately. If the balance is not received 30 days prior, we have the right to cancel your booking.
  Fully refundable security deposits are required of 700.- euros.
  This can be paid at the time of booking or preferably upon arrival, which is returned upon check-out.
  Cancellation terms, 30 days or more prior to your start date, 30%. Within 30 days prior to stay, 100% of fees.
  Rates are for up to 12 persons.
  For small groups, 4-8 person, the villa can be booked as 4 bedroom villa (2 upper floors), with up to 20% discount.
  Additional person on request and 200.- weekly.
  
• Every second day, maid service, except Sunday (by client arrangement upon arrival).
  Change of towels 3 times a week.
  Transfer from the airport to the villa can be arranged.
  Special luxury package:
  welcome pack and wine upon arrival.
  Pre arrival shopping service on first day.
  Just enjoy the faciities of an unforgetable private home and the privilege of having everything arranged for you upon arrival and during your stay.
  Use of central heating during the month of November to April, 200.- euros/weekly
