Wintergreen Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150-450/Night
- NO SMOKING PLEASE, NO PETS.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Occupancy of more than the stated capacity is subject to a $15.00 charge per person.
A $200 refundable security deposit is required and may be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
We are not responsible for weather and cannot refund deposits for this reason.
You must be 25 years of age to rent this unit.
Linens are provided and an additional $60.00 is required for cleaning fee.
Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
We will be happy to discount extended visits or repeat renters!
