Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

To rent and hold the house, we require 30% of the rate for however long you will be staying. We require the 70% remaining balance paid in full 60 days before your arrival. If you rent the house 60 days or less of your arrival, we ask that the payment be paid in full. There will be a 8.5% lodging tax added to the total amount and a $500.00 refundable damage deposit added. This is just in case something is damaged during your stay. If damage occurs, we will deduct the damage amount from your deposit. If you are staying less than a week, there is a $50.00 cleaning fee added as well. If everything looks great, please give us 30 days or less to return your $500.00 damage deposit.
*Lodging Tax* There will be a 8.5% lodging tax (state, county and city) added to every rental.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - *Cancellation Policy: If notice to cancel is given at least 60 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded for a 10% cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 60 days, 50% of full payment will be refunded.If cancellation is less than 30 days, it will result in forfeiture of initial reservation payment and rent.
*NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to bad weather (hurricanes, etc...) or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range.
* A monthly rental is a 4 week stay.

There are 2 bedrooms that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. 1 has a king size and the other has a queen size Sealy Posturepedic beds, satellite cable t.v., and both of them have doors you can open up onto the large covered balcony so you can enjoy the gulf breeze first thing in the morning. The third bedroom has a king size Sealy Posturepedic bed, satellite cable t.v. and a dvd player. The forth bedroom has a queen size Sealy Posturepedic bed and a satellite cable t.v. This bedroom also has a side window so you can see the Gulf first thing in the morning.

Faith Haven on Fort Morgan has a wonderful Gulf front livingroom with satellite cable t.v., dvd player, WIFI internet access and a door that opens to a large unscreened wooded balcony with chairs and a swing. A wonderful dining area with a dining table that fits 8 people comfortably. An open kitchen that has a stainless steel refrigerator, Kiureg Coffee Maker,cooking utensils and silverware, toaster, blender, coffee grinder, ice-maker, electric stove, dish washer, microwave and a breakfast bar that sits 3 people.Linens and towels are provided. This house also has central heat and air, alarm clocks, filtered-water, radio and stereo system. It has a large capacity washer and dryer that is located in a full size laundry adjacent to the kitchen. This house is a NON-SMOKING HOME and is wheelchair inaccessible. BONUS* covered deck located under the house with a shower that has hot and cold water. .
