Nightly rates don't include $150 cleaning fee, credit card fee, or 12.6% sales tax
A reservation will NOT be confirmed until a 50% deposit is received.
The credit cards we accept are VISA and MASTERCARD ONLY. NO AMEX.
A refundable $1000 security deposit is required on all rentals.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
For parties of 10 or more people or condominium rentals that spend 5 or fewer nights there will be an additional $100 cleaning charge
