- One-Week Minimum during Holiday Season; Holiday (Thanksgiving and Christmas surrounding weeks) rate is $250/nt.; Partial Weeks are at our discretion. Rates do not include Applicable Hawaii State Taxes (approx. 13.4%) & Cleaning Fee of $155. Rates do not include optional Rental Insurance premium of $49 which may be bought instead of paying an upfront Security Deposit. 50% deposit required at reservation;remainder due 60 days prior to stay.
