Seven Springs Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150-400/Night
- Rates are per night. A $500 security deposit + 50% deposit will hold dates. Balance of rental payment is due two weeks before rental date. Refund of deposit will occur if unit can be re-rented. Security deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure per lease agreement.
Holidays (Christmas, New Years, Presidents Weekend, Martin Luther King) are $400/night and require a three night minimum.
