Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rental Rate Notes
There is a booking/cleaning fee non-refundable reservation fee that must be paid to reserve the property which is in addition to the rental rate. Please be sure of your plans as this is non-refundable.
We book weekends or daily only if the house is not booked 30 days in advance. Please do not try to book stays shorter than 6 nights unless you are booking a week in advance ONLY.
Check-in 4:00 PM/Check-out 10:00 AM. The rental period is normally Saturday to Saturday – inquire for special arrangements.
Hurricane policy: We provide refunds if evacuation occurs.
Policies
$300 rental deposit holds your reservation for this Clearwater Beach 5 bedroom, 3 bath plus loft pool home. It is applied toward your cleaning fee's.
STRICT NO SMOKING IN HOUSE POLICY!
Please check the availablity calendar on the separate website - we keep it updated.
Deposits
$300 non-refundable deposit to book house. $500-$1000 damage deposit due and amount depends - Deposit to hold house is non-refundable. Hurricane refunds policy-see contract on our other website.
Refunds
Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 45-30 days in advance 50% of the rental rate may be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 in advance of stay, we do not guarantee to return any portion. However, we do our best to rebook the property. If we are able to do so, we refund at that rate.
Hurricane policy: refunds will be granted - see contract for details.
We have a similar 5bdr house a street away from this property, if this one is booked on the dates needed. Please ask us for Bay Esplanade Beach House.
We have over several 16 properties between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach. Please call us or email us, we are always running specials. Easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks. 30 minute drive from Busch Gardens. New floors throughout, new appliances, huge washer and dryer. Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks. Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and Mosi, all just 30 minutes. Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventureall just 1.5 hours. Private pool just steps from the sand on Clearwater Beach. Full cable with movie channels included. Cable modem for laptop also included. All doors leading to pool have safety chains at the top to help prevent little ones from wandering outside. Has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big loft that sleeps 3, and a huge brand new washer dryer. Packnplay, 3 highchairs, movable child gates and a stroller, already here so you do not have to bring them
Near Frenchy's Rockaway and Bobby's Bistro. The rooms all have new queen beds. All rooms are private with doors, but one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom in the back part of the house. The back part of the house was an apartment and we made a big bedroom out of the living room Casual and gourmet restaurants, live music and near the most desirable part of Clearwater beach. Pier, terrific park for kids all very near by. Rates are as posted, exceptions are holiday weeks and are typically 20% more than regular rate at that time.
