Lake Village Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $230/Night + fees or $1810 per week including taxes and after visit cleaning/inventory
- Refundable Deposit: $300.00 Must be Added To Each Rental Total on rate Chart
Rate Chart includes $135 cleaning/hot tub service per stay
Discount:$50 for night 5 or 6, $100 on a 7 night stay.(except Christmas & News Years)
Holiday Rates All other holidays rented at regular rate (3 Night Minimum Stay)

No Smoking No exception, evidence of smoking inside the townhome will result in loss of security deposit.
No Pets No exceptions
A reservation requires: 50% down (we 'hold' the townhouse for 4 days to allow your check to arrive) with the remainder due no less than 30 days before the first reserved date.
Our cancellation policy is: to refund any amount paid that can be recovered by re-renting the days reserved.
Security Deposit Policy: this covers damage or excessive cleaning. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your stay.
Rate Chart includes 13% Douglas County Tax and a $135 cleaning/hot tub service - A $300 Refundable deposit must be added to the total rate for each stay.
In Most cases there is a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM. Longer stays may be required for bookings more than 30 days in advance during peak summer/ ski seasons.
Rate Chart does not apply to Christmas/New Years
