Our cancellation policy is: to refund any amount paid that can be recovered by re-renting the days reserved. Security Deposit Policy: this covers damage or excessive cleaning. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your stay. - The rates below include the $105.00 after stay cleaning fee and Hot Tub Fee- as well as the 10% Douglas County Tax. The $300 Refundable Security Deposit Must be added to each rental.

South Lake Tahoe Townhome Details
There is a half bath adjacent to the living room for upstairs guests. Amenities: In addition to a completely furnished kitchen, The Lodge has a two car garage with remote opener. (Great for those snowy days when you don't want to unload your skis/snowboards or scrape ice and snow from your windshield!) In a separate room adjacent to the garage is a private Hot Spring Spa Hot Tub! Activities: Skiing, Hiking, biking gaming, entertainment, boating, fishing, shopping, parasailing, ballooning, white water rafting, dining, vegging out... You name it and you can do it in Tahoe! Area: Approximately (3/4) miles from the Casino. Heavenly Gondola is slightly over one mile from our door. Edgewood Golf Course 1/2 mile. Round Hill Beach nearby. Zephyr Cove Beach and the Riverboat are up the road.
Grocery shopping is a few miles up Highway 50. We are in a perfect location, in the quiet woods-yet minutes from everything. It doesn't get much better than this!
