Copper Mountain Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Book Early The Bear Logde will fill quickly
- Cleaning fee of $120 is waived with 4 night or longer rental
Tax 5.775%, Resort fee of 4%
Off Peak $175 per night
50% holds your reservation the balance is due 14 days before arrival, $200 security/damage deposit - • There will be a 25% fee for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date, a 50% fee for cancellations within 21 days, a 75% fee for cancellations within 14 days and a 100% fee for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date. Any cancellation will result in the loss of your reservation deposit. These fees/deposit will convert to credits toward future rentals if we are able to fill the vacancy.
