Kihei Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Policies
Check in after 3:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM. Rates are based on 1 to 4-person occupancy. 13.42% state hotel tax will be applied to the rates. For stays of less than 7 nights there is a $100 cleaning fee. No Smoking,
Children Allowed, No Pets.
Deposits
We require a $250 US deposit or 10% deposit (whichever is greater) to book the unit. The unit will be reserved for you when we get the deposit. The remaining balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. - Refunds
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or $100, whichever is greater. No refunds for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival date.
