Cancellation: within 14 days, deposit forfeited - Condo is actively booked during the ski season. Summer and Fall here in the Brian Head area is perfect solitude and beauty! Long term renters are encouraged. We would prefer a minimum of a weekly rental, but will take a 4 night rental during non winter season. Winter season..please call to check if there is availability for week day or weekend.
