Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $675-975/Week + 13% Resort Tax. $60.00 cleaning fee added for all rentals less than 1 week.

To confirm your booking a refundable security deposit of $200 is required. This will be returned to you by check mailed to you after your vacation has ended and villa has been checked for any damages or missing items.
Also, if for any reason we do not receive the key back from you, a charge of $25 will be deducted from the security deposit.
If a change in reservation occurs, a $50 charge will be applied against your security deposit.
Cancellations - More than 2 months before arrival date = $50 cancellation charge.
Between 1 and 2 months before arrival date = $100 cancellation charge.
7 to 30 days before arrival date = $200 cancellation charge.
13% resort tax added to all rental rates. Additional $60 cleaning fee for any rental less than 1 week.
Cancellation for Reasons Beyond your Control.
The owners shall not be liable for costs or losses incurred due to delays or cancellations in your vacation. Nor shall the owners/guest have the right to terminate this Agreement -
for any delay or default is caused by conditions beyond the owners control. These situations include but are not limited to: Acts of God, War, Insurrections, Government restrictions, Natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, etc), Riots or other major upheaval.

Check - in time is after 4:00 PM on the first day.
Check - out is before 11:00 AM on the last day.

- Master Bedroom Number 1 is separate from the rest of the villa. It is large and very private. It has a large bathroom with an oversize roman tub and separate walk in shower for 2. Each bedroom has its own television with Direct TV along with a DVD player. Each also has a ceiling fan. Master Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a full bath/shower between them. Each bedroom is totally private and very comfortable with luxury furniture.

Doral Woods House Details
The ceramic tiled foyer opens into the 18 X 21 great room with soaring cathedral ceilings. New SONY 36' Flay Screen TV, Direct TV Satellite System & DVD are all on site. The spacious, furnished kitchen is directly behind the great room. There are several bar stools and separate eating area. The sliding door leads to the Lanai and the pool. The Lanai includes table, chairs and loungers to enjoy the pool during the beautiful sunny days and warm evenings. Note: Children must at all times be supervised by parents when using pool facilities. The full size utility room with washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, connects the center of our villa to the garage. To the left rear is the master suite, with 1 queen size bed and a huge walk-in closet. There is a large bathroom with roman tub and a separate 2 person ceramic tile shower. A very private and luxurious area of the villa. To the right of the great room are master bedrooms 2 and 3 featuring queen size beds.
This is a very well appointed area, and separate from the rest of the villa. There is also a full en-suite bathroom between these bathrooms. In front of these bedrooms is the New Games room, with double doors, enabling it to be separated from the rest of the villas. Included are TV, Sony PlayStation 2, stereo, CD Player, electronic games, board games, books, toys, and Futon with Bunk bed. Our villa has 24/7 Property Management which maintains our villa, pool and property to the highest standards. They are local and available to assist you should you have any questions or concerns or need any assistance. No smoking in the villa please and sorry No pets. Area:Downtown Kissimmee is 15 minutes away. Disney World and Discovery Cove is an easy 20 minute ride. Orlando International Airport is less than 40 minutes away. Universal Studios and Sea World is a 25 minute drive. We offer wholesale discount theme park & dinner show ticket prices to our customers. Please inquire at time of booking.
Golf: Kissimmee Oaks, Gold Course at Solivita and Kissimme Public are minutes from our front door. There are many golf courses within a very short 20 minute drive. From easy to difficult layout.
Guest Book: We stayed in your home from 6/19-7/3/06 and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the theme and water parks, shopping and thunderstorms! Your home provided us with comfort and relaxation after long days seeing the sights. The pool was perfect, the sand cranes amusing and friendly, and the nightly symphony from the frogs in the conservation area were a delight!
