Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $750 week summer rates. $500 a week fall and winter seasons
- PLEASE NOTE 3 NIGHT MINIMUM 50% deposit at time of reservation. Payment in full for rental at time of occupancy. Deposit returned upon departure and following inspection. Pet deposit $125. 5 day cancellation prior to arrival date or forfeiture of deposit.
Short term rental tax charged on rentals of Less than 30 days no tax on rentals over 30 days
Holiday Weeks, July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor day. Winter rates monthly rentals only and one month cancellation notice. - PLEASE NOTE 3 NIGHT MINIMUM.
