Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rate is per night any day.
Minimum 3 nights stay, maximum 6 people.
Rate is based on unit price, not per person.

Christmas & New Years Weeks $2800/week (6 nights) - Deposit: 1/2 deposit is required at reservation, the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
A 5% Service Fee is Added to VISA AND M/C Transactions.
Cancellations: A full refund will be provided if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival.
(except for reservations made for April & December, a 60 day cancellation is required for any refund)
Between 15 & 29 days prior to arrival, 1/2 will be refunded.
If cancellations are within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be made.
