Amenities: With all the comforts of home, this nicely decorated house comes w/telephones w/answering machine and local telephone service, 2 cable TVs, DVD and stereo. The living room is roomy with plenty of seating with couch, love seat and recliner under vaulted ceilings. The bedrooms come with plenty of linens and towels, including towels for pool. Along with dishwasher and built-in microwave, the kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, cook and bake ware, dishes, glasses, silverware and kitchen linens, etc.
The laundry room has full size washer and dryer w/iron and ironing board, vacuum, fully stocked utility closet and folding counter w/more cabinet space. The garage is roomy enough for a car and golf cart w/lots of storage cabinets. The patio is filled with comfortable seating and dining furniture as well as equipped with a gas grill. This home comes with central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Activities: Sunbird is an active adult 55+, gated community in Chandler, Arizona just off Riggs Road, offering such amenities as a scenic 18-hole golf course, club house with 2 pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, billiard room shuffleboard courts, restaurant on premises, tennis courts, library, craft room and numerous activities and classes. Some organized activities include, dances, special dinners, outings to sports events and cultural activities, not to mention all the swimming, biking, and other fun activities to be enjoyed in the warm Arizona sun.
You name it, they have it! For your convenience, this community also has its own post office on site. All this can be enjoyed within the safe environment of a secure, gated community.
