Augusta Villa Details
Private beach with 1500 feet of totally secluded shore front. Canoe, paddles and life vests The lake is 10 miles long with many islands to explore. Also available is an outdoor cooking/campfire. Wooden garden furniture and gas grill on the spacious deck. If you want to play the chef, the home is fully equipped with a modern large family kitchen. As the owner lives here a great deal of the year, there are books and a large classical/jazz CD collection to be played on an impressive sound system throughout the house. Modern flat screen TV with DVD player hooked on the Dish network.
The two guest bedrooms have an additional CD/Radio set. Ask us for more pictures! swimming and canoeing in crystal clear, warm water. Bird watching, as loons and ospreys. Hiking in the Camden Hills State Park, at one hour drive, so is the Ocean. Walking in Vaughn's woods in Hallowell is 15 minutes away. Freeport with it's many outlets (L.L.Bean) is a 45 minute drive. Portland (International Jetport) is an 1 hour drive.
Other Activities: There is abundant wildlife to view in the surrounding gardens and woods.
