Located in the Kiva Dunes Beach and Golf resort (a gated community) on the signature 13th green, directly across the street from one of three pools, and 200 feet from the closest of two dune crossovers, to the half mile of private pristine beach. There is theme for every bedroom, and living areas and all rooms have access to huge wrap- around decks. The terrace level first floor, has a den area and complete wet bar with access to a six person spa.
