Alta House Summary

Snowyslope is a 4 bedroom / 3 bath, 2150 square foot home. One bedroom has a Queen, the second bedroom has three Twins, the third bedroom has two Twins and the fourth bedroom has a Queen. We have air mattresses for additional guests and a crib and high chair for infants. This house is furnished with Rosewood furniture and has two new gas log fireplaces and an outside hot tub. We are conveniently located for supermarkets, equipment rental and good access to the slopes. The house is conveniently located for quick access to both Little Cottonwood (10 miles) and Big Cottonwood Canyons( 15 miles) which provide some of the best snow in the Country at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. The house is also close to a supermarket, video store and ski equipment rental store. Down town Salt Lake City is about 20 miles and is easily accessed in about 25 minutes.

Kitchen: Silverware, pots, pans, corkscrew, coffee maker, dish washer, disposal, dishes, glasses, mugs, range, oven, dining table, microwave, washer and dryer Bedroom: Above bed configuration, dresser or shelves in walk in closet, night stand, alarm, reading lamp.

Linens: Each unit supplied with all linens for a week's stay, with a change of bed sheets. All units have a washer and dryer. Grocery Service: Purchase and delivery of groceries is available on request prior to your arrival. Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in each house. BR B Activities: /B BR SKIING! Access to slopes: 15-20 minutes to Alta/Snowbird. 20-25 minutes to Brighton/Solitude. 45 minutes to Park City/Deer Valley. BR B Area: /B BR The house is located at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon, 9.5 miles from Alta/Snowbird and 14 Miles from Brighton/Solitude. 25 minutes to Salt Lake Center. 25 minutes to airport. Shopping: 1 Mile to groceries, ski rentals, video rentals etc. Restaurants: Many within 2-3 miles. Movie Theaters: Within 2-3 miles.

Guest Book: Hi Norman. The house was ideal for our group, spacious and comfortable. The location is most convenient for the ski areas and other amenities and the view of the mountains from the hot tub is sensational.
