Fully furnished eat-in kitchen with separate dining area, dishwasher, microwave, reverse osmosis system, water softener, washer/dryer, linens and bedding. Queen sleeper couch in living room. Outdoor amenities: Privacy screen on window facing east, gas barbeque, Hot Springs Spa, patio table with 4 chairs, lounger, umbrella and pads, two mountain bikes. Computer room: 21” computer screen, inkjet printer, scanner, fax machine, high speed Internet.
Other: 32” TV in living room, 19” TV in master bedroom and kitchen, DVD, expanded cable, stereo CD/cassette/radio player, free phone (except for long distance). Two car garage with electric opener. All Utilities Included In Rental Fee. Whether you like to golf, hike, bike or just relax, Green Valley has it all. Green Valley Recreation (GVR) privileges are available at a nominal extra fee if you choose to use the facilities at the 12 community centers. The community centers offer exercise equipment, tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, entertainment and numerous clubs. As this is an adult community, one renter must be 55 years of age or older. Green Valley, an active adult community, is located just 30 minutes southeast of Tucson. The Santa Rita Mountains and Madera Canyon are minutes away. A visit to Nogales, Mexico is just a 40 minute drive south.
