- Rent: A security deposit of $500.00, plus the first months rent is required for reserving a vacation home. Rent money will not be refunded unless a written cancellation is received sixty(60)days prior to the beginning of the rental contract or if home is rebooked. If less than 30 days, the tenant is responsible for the term of the lease or until the home is rebooked. The remainder of the money will then be refunded. Security Deposit of $500.00 is nonrefundable if cancelled.
The $500 security deposit will be fully refunded by mail within 30 business days of the tenant vacating, dependent upon the condition of the unit when inspected. The security deposit is also the damage deposit.
Balance of all rental fees are due and payable 30 days before checking into property.
Cleaning/Refurbishing Fee: $100.00 is required with the balance of the rental fees. This is an adult community, so one renter must be at least 55 years of age. - January-Mar
$2,100/mo for 1-2 adults and $2,400/mo for 3-4 adults
May-September $1,100/mo for 1-2 adults $1,300/mo for 3-4 adults

Golf is popular and rates are reasonable or-: You can relax and/or cook out on the covered back patio which is furnished with a gas grill. You will be close to supermarkets, drugstores and other conveniences, yet will feel secluded, safe and secure in this guarded, gated community. Within a short drive is the beautiful, new Chandler Fashion Center Mall. There are many restaurants in or near Chandler to satisfy every appetite. For those who like to gamble, it is minutes to several casinos in the area. There is easy and close access to major freeways, as well as downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and many of the finest golf courses in the world! Day trips are easy to make from here--The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson and Mexico are easily accessible.
Activities:: Take a wide variety of classes in the recreation center or an organized trip or go exploring on your own. Besides golf and tennis, there are many sporting events to attend, such as professional basketball, hockey, football and baseball spring training. The cultural activities - Gammage Theater, museums, the Desert Botanical Gardens, zoo, and other tourists attractions are easily reached by car. Walking, hiking and biking are also popular activities in the warmth and sunshine of Arizona.

Also included: Gas Grill, ironing board and iron, laundry room with standard washer/dryer right next to the 2 car garage, 2 TVs w/expanded cable, VCR, DVD, an 18-hole golf course and restaurant, community pools, tennis and recreation activities such as billiards, fitness room, library, and craft rooms are included at no extra charge.
