Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $1150/Month ------property is rented on a month minimum basis
- Rent: A hold/security deposit of $500.00, plus the first months rent is required for reserving a vacation home. Rent money will not be refunded unless a written cancellation is received sixty(60)days prior to the beginning of the rental contract or if home is rebooked. If less than 30 days, the tenant is responsible for the term of the lease or until the home is rebooked. The remainder of the money will then be refunded. Hold/Security Deposit of $500.00 is nonrefundable if cancelled.
The $500 hold/security deposit will be fully refunded by mail within 30 business days of the tenant vacating, dependent upon the condition of the unit when inspected. The security deposit is also the damage deposit.
Balance of all rental fees are due and payable 30 days before checking into property.
Cleaning/Refurbishing Fee: $100.00 is required with the balance of the rental fees. This is an adult community, so one renter must be at least 55 years of age. - January-Mar $2200/mo for 1-2 adults and $2400/mo for 3-4 adults
April $1800/mo for 1-2 adults
May-August $1150/mo for 1-2 adults $1300/mo for 3-4 adults
October- November $1500/mo for 1-2 adults 1700 for 3-4 adults
December $1700/mo for 1-2 adults
