- Security Deposit is $1000 for a weekly rental and $1500 for monthly rental. Security deposits are fully refundable within 7 days of check out. Payment only by Visa , Mastercard or PayPal. No exceptions. To reserve property you must pay 50% of total fees and the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Pets considered. Additional non-refundable fee will be required.$50 per pet.
Cancellation Policy: $25 cancellation fee if canceled anytime after reservations are made. Cancellation fee for any week including a holiday is 25% of the deposit. No refund if canceled within 3 weeks of arrival.
Rent By Week Or Month. No rentals for less than 1 week. No rentals longer than 3 months. - Monthly rentals require tenants to pay electricity, gas and water utilities. Bills are prorated for actual stay.
Monthly rentals require a professional cleaning during the middle of the stay.

Fireplace, Cable TV on three TVs. 1 TV is Flat Screen. 1 queen bed, 1 double futon/bed, and 1 queen sleeper-couch. Total sleeping accommodations for 6 adults. Local phone and broadband (DSL) Internet included.
Activities:: Close to beach, walk or bike ride (bikes provided). Close to (less than 1/2 hour) Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, California Adventure, Queen Mary, The Aquarium, Fashion Island, Newport Bay. Surfing, fishing, skateboard parks are all local.
Area:: 45 minutes south of LA, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. 2 hours north of San Diego and the Mexico border. 1 and 1/2 hours from local skiing. 25 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventure, Knotts Berry Farm & Movieland Wax Museum. 1 Hour from Universal Studios. 10 minutes from Newport Beach and 25 minutes from Laguna Beach.
