Our condo is beautifully appointed in comfortable colors and fabrics in the best taste. It has three spacious levels: - Mid-level: Spacious living room with TV/CD/Video, stereo system, fire place, large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast cove, separate dining room graciously furnished, walkout to deck with spectacular view of lake and town, wet bar. - Lake level: Master bedroom, king bed, walk-in closet, double sink full bath, TV, walkout to deck, lawn and beach; guest bedroom, double bed, full bath, TV, lake view. - Large Loft: air conditioning, two pullout sofas, small private bedroom with full bed, game table and chairs, closet, lake view.

Boyne City : is a bustling little town with shopping, restaurants, boat ramps, marina, beautiful parks, huge playground, many summer and fall activities.

Amenities: Kitchen: Island stove, microwave/oven, toaster, coffee maker, cookwares, serving utensils, double sink and garbage disposer, refrigerator-freezer, oak storage cabinets, sets of glassware and colorful dishware. Laundry on lake level: washer/dryer, sink, shower stall. Phones in kitchen, living room, lower level bedrooms. Firewood provided for fireplace; grill provided. Parking for three cars and a boat. Sandy beach, shallow out to drop off (about 50 ft), dock for swimming and sunbathing. Located in residential area well away from road.
