Further description of house 318649

The owners of the property will require you to sign a, 'Hold Harmless' agreement that says: The owners of the property you are renting are not responsible for loss of life or any personal injury of any kind that should occur for any reason on or off the property during your stay. This extends and includes family members, guests, minors, your guests or members of your group. The person/persons making deposit and rental payment are the responsible person/persons for all members of your group, and are therefore, responsible for any negligence or damage that exceeds the deposit. This includes any theft, negligent actions, loss, or destruction of property, including but not limited to damage to the home, it's fixtures, contents, and out buildings. All recreational activity taking place from this property is, 'AT YOUR OWN RISK'. All safety equipment required for these activities is your responsibility.

Any camp fire at any location is your responsibility and must be attended at all times. Never leave fires unattended in this heavily wooded area. Put all fires out before you leave or go to bed. Avoid fires during windy and or dry conditions. Make all members of your group aware of all the items in this agreement and remind them to have fun safely. Protect the natural resource and environment. One bad incident can spoil your whole vacation. The property owners wish you a safe, happy, fun filled time at their home, but will accept no responsibility for safety or personal loss resulting from actions of others. Your signature is binding. If you do not agree with any part of it's contents, do not sign, or pay rent to the owners. Without this, insurance costs would prohibit rental. Thank you for your understanding. Ken Corbin
