Escape to this beautiful, Bahamian townhouse where the ocean is literally at your back-door. This completely air-conditioned, three-story rental, has everything you need! Come, relax, and feel the ocean breeze on your private oceanfront patio, the beach, or one of the two pools. The serene grounds are private and located in a gated community with on site security. The owners have completely renovated the townhouse for the use of themselves as well as the employees of there law firm. When you arrive a booklet is available advising of local recommendations as well as information about the island. A chef, babysitting and a car can be arranged. The owners use the townhouse throughout the year and enjoy talking to prospective tenants about the townhouse and the island. The townhouse is centrally located on the jitney line which will take you to anyplace on the island. Grocery stores are located on that line and approximately a half mile away.

The townhouse is centrally located in the Cable Beach Resort area of Nassau. It is approximately a half mile from Sandals and a mile from the Crystal Palace Casino. Several restaurants are within walking distance and numerous others can be accessed by the jitneys that run outside the front gate of the community. Grocery stores as well as other shopping is also easily accessible and in close proximity to the townhouse.
