- A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. there is a $200 security deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We only accept visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. . All applicable refunds will be made in a timely manner in the form that it was received. This is a non-refundable transaction. In the event of Cancellation, rental fees collected (minus $75.00) and any other expenses like credit card fees, cleaning fee, etc. may be refunded ONLY if Landlord is able to rent said premises for equal or greater value of canceled period.
- Monthly rates include up to eight (8) guest. Small pets may be allowed with prior approval. No smoking is allowed inside the cottage. Once a week house cleaning service is complimentary for rentals longer than a week. Housekeepers live on the property 24/7.
