Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $205-$225
- One night's deposit (applied to total rent) to hold reservation. Add $40.00 processing fee, 1% State lodging fee and $100 refundable security deposit to these rates.
October through April (excluding holidays) $1470/week, or $215/night (2 nights minimum)
Summer (May through September) and Holidays $1505/week, or $225/night (3 nights minimum) - If you are interested in renting the house, please email us with your Name, Address & Phone Number and how many guest you are bringing so we have the information we need to fill out a rental agreement.
