Daytona Beach Shores Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $400/Week
- Check in on day of arrival is after 4pm. Check out on day of departure before 10am.
Rates may be higher during special events (i.e. Bike Week and Nascar Races)
Rates do not include 12.5% Tax (rental periods of greater than 6 months are not subject to this tax), Cleaning fee of $85, refundable security deposit of $400.
A $400.00 security deposit is required which will be returned in full after confirmation of no damage to the unit. If there is damage, a certified letter will be sent with the amount withheld to repair the damages.
Rent is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Last Minute Specials: As low as $400 per week, please inquire
Long term lease discounts (3 months or more), please inquire
Repeat Guest Discounts: Up to $200 savings, inquire for specific dates - For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. There are no refunds of the security deposit for cancellations 15-60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 15 days prior to arrival are penalized the full amount of the rent and fees. Travel Insurance is advised.
