Our luxurious lakeside vacation home is located within Cumbrian Lakes - a peaceful Gated Community with 4 lakes, a nature trail, and children's play area. It is minutes from Wal Mart and all the shops and restaurants on the 192. The house is air conditioned and has a heatable Pool with Jacuzzi/Spa (with same temperature water), with the most delightful views across the water.
Entertainment - Cable TV, 4 TVs, 1 extra large, 2 handset Sony PlayStation 2 with Gran Turismo etc. DVD player with DVDs, VCR, CD Player, Radio, Boardgames, Books, Playing Cards. Kitchen :- Everything you'd expect including Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender, Electric Can Opener, Coffee Machine, American Fridge Freezer, Toaster, all crockery and cutlery. The house is equipped with a High Speed internet connection, telephone with free local calls, International Calls with a Phone Card, a Utility Room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, a Travel Cot and High Chair . Bedrooms and Bathrooms - 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with 2 en-suites), Super King-Size and Queen-size beds, corner 2 person bath, twin sinks, hairdryer, scales, full linen and towels.

Cumbrian Lakes' location is very convenient to all of the popular Kissimmee activities and just off the 192. All of the Disney Attractions are on 192. We are 10 minutes from Disney World. We are 10 minutes from SeaWorld. We are 5 minutes from Downtown Disney and Celebration. We are less than 5 minutes from great shopping at a large mall and Super Wal-Mart. We are also within 5 minutes from many restaurants and theme dinner attractions like Medieval Times( 4 miles away).
Golf: Cumbrian Lakes is on Poinciana Drive, which is about a 2 minute drive from 192. Poinciana Drive is between mile markers 10 and 11, on 192.
