Sedona House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $850/Week (7 nights), $140/night, 2-nights minimum
- Regular Rates (valid through December 31, 2012)

$850 per Week (7 nights). Additional nights: $121/night after a full week rental.
Cleaning Fee: $75.00

Monthly Rate
$1,980 per month, Six months maximum stay. Additional nights: $121.00

Terms
50% due with reservation.
Balance due 2-weeks before date of occupancy.
Payment by Credit Card (Via Paypal) OR check, cash or money order.
Checks must be cleared prior to arrival.

- $50 discount for a stay of one week or more if reservation is made within 24 hours of inquiry.
- $Name Your Price: If you are looking for a last minute booking (48 hours or less of your arrival date), make us a reasonable offer and we'll seriously consider it.

We have allocated a few weeks each year for you and your family to stay at our vacation home for FREE for a week. You only need to pay the cleaning fee. Please contact us for details. These weeks book fast!
