January to February - $50/night + Taxes + $50 cleaning fee.
March to May - $70/night + Taxes + $50 cleaning fee.
June to August - $95/night + Taxes + $50 cleaning fee.
September - $70/night + Taxes + $50 cleaning fee.
October - $90/night + Taxes + $50 cleaning fee.
November to December - $70/night + Taxes + $50 cleaning fee.
Holidays and Holiday Weekends - $95/night + Taxes + $50 cleaning fee. - We require 50% down and the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to check in.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 14 days in advance prior to check-in you will receive a 90% refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days, you will receive a credit towards a future stay at our condo that must be redeemed within 1 year for date of cancellation.
