The Balance Of The Rent Is Due 45 Days Prior To Your Arrival Date. Payments can be made in the form of traveler's checks, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks or credit cards. Deposits and Rental Payments are refundable if a cancellation is made within 45 days of the arrival date. There is a $30 processing fee for refunds. There are no refunds for an early departure. An extra fee applies for credit card payments
