The advance will be given back by money transfer (bank swift) after having detracted the different charges and the bank commissions

  Arrival: check-in is done by appointment with the owner.
  Departure day: check-out is to be done no later than 9.30 am.
  (If you leave before 7.30 am nobody will be able to check the flat, so the check out will be made the previous evening).
