Come relax in our plush 1,500 square foot condo right on the beach in the south shore of Puerto Vallarta. We are just a bit south of Conchas Chinas at a gorgeous enclave called Punta Negra Beach just a 5 minute drive south of town. The gorgeous unit offers a sumptuous living room, full entertainment system with satellite and a great movie library, glass dining table for 6, full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker and a blender, separate air conditioners in the living room, master bedroom & guest bedroom, king size beds in each bedroom (sleeps 4), the master suite & living room open up onto a huge balcony with 180 degree views of the bay w/ table for 4. Puerto Vallarta's best area is the south area of town called Downtown, The Romantic Zone, Muertos, Olas Altas, etc. It is the southern most part of the city, which has great shops, proud culture, and endless adventures. We are about 5 minute drive/cab ride (6 kilometers) south of this area of town at Punta Negra Beach. The bus stops right in front of our building and takes you right into town as well. It is a great opportunity to be able to escape the crazy hustle and bustle of the city at the end of the day and retreat in the quiet of your own private paradise without the sound of buses zooming, kids screaming and traffic honking. After A margarita or beer, you may want to go down and float in the 75 degree water during sunset and understand 'true perspective'. Its awesome.

  • The master bathroom features a soaking tub and shower all in one. The entire bathroom is travertine and has a ceiling fan installed as well. The guest bathrooms features an open walk in shower and is all travertine as well, of course with a ceiling fan as well.

  • The master bedroom and master bath can be turned into a mini suite with the close of a hallway door for your privacy. You can also slide open the door from the master and step out onto the over sized balcony, but close the door so you don't lose the cool of the master suite's own air conditioner. The guest bedroom is just as spacious as the master bedroom and has its own air conditioner too, and offers a 19 inch television with a built in VHS for watching movies from our movie library. We supply all high thread count linens for the beds, fluffy washcloths, hand towels, bath towels, and beach towels. We want your experience to be so enjoyable, you will come back the next year.

Notes: This is our second home. It is not some cheesy Mexican rental. Our purpose in renting it is to share our great 'find' with others who are like minded and enjoy pure relaxation during their vacation. We strive to make your stay as rejuvenating and enjoyable as possible. Our Uncle Raffi lives down there about 2 minutes away from our condo, and is both an 'Ambassador To The City' and a great friend to all. You will always have a friend down there to assist you with whatever you may need. For the less adventurous, it is most advisable to just take a taxi cab back and forth to town or where ever you may venture (about $5-$7 most places one way). For those who are a bit more adventurous, you might rent a car at the airport so you can do some exploring. And for the most adventurous, you can travel by bus almost anywhere you want in the city, but you will need a bit of Spanish to make sure you don't wind up in Guadalajara!!

Building amenities include 24 hour security, parking, oceanfront pool & cabana, pool deck with ping pong table (bring a net, paddles & balls) and Gas BBQ area with picnic table, and steps to the beach with a freshwater shower to welcome you back. You are just a short cab ride to town, but have the quiet enjoyment of the beach at Punta Negra. All sheets & towels are quality 100% cotton and provided for you, soap and paper products are provided as well, bring your own shampoo & toothpaste. The activities are endless in Puerto Vallarta. You can do it all from snorkeling, to swimming, to hiking, to shopping to napping on the beach with a beer.

The south shore of Puerto Vallarta at Punta Negra is very close to 'The Romantic Zone' or 'Zona Romantica' or Muertos or Olas Altas, all of which are referring to the same area, which is the southern most part of Puerto Vallarta and offers some of the most enjoyable culture, food & activities. Don't forget to go to breakfast at The Pancake House for the best breakfast in Vallarta! There's also a Wal-Mart and Sam's Club if you find yourself needing larger item purchases!
