South Ponte Vedra Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2200-$3500 per week, dependent upon season
- Full week rentals only, Saturday-Saturday.
Dependent upon season, $2,200 to $3,500 per week.
$300 up charge per week for holidays.
Monthly rental (4 weeks) is three times weekly rate.
$500 deposit per week to hold reservation. (converts to refundable security deposit when rent is paid)
$100 non-refundable pet fee for dogs.
Additional charges for Serenata Beach Club
10% Sales Tax \
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - Hurricane Policy: This part of Florida historically has fewer hurricanes than almost anywhere else. However, if a mandatory evacuation order is issued during the rental period that would apply to our section of St. Johns County, we will refund ALL your rental fee for that week; unless order is issued for the day of your planned departure. If your rental period is longer than one week, this would apply only to the week it occurs or subsequent weeks if the house can not be occupied.
