A Stay of less than 7 nights attracts a $60 additional charge. - A 20% deposit will confirm the booking and hold the agreed rental rate.
Rates prior to booking can change at any time without prior notice.

Rotonda West House Details
Great Fishing!: Rotonda is perfectly placed for keen anglers. With the coast and the coastal waterway right on your doorstep, backwater fishing and salt water fishing are available. For a relaxing few hours, there are good fish stocks in the waterway behind the house. If you want to experience a day with Capt Jarrett Lombard who is one of the top local fishing guides, we can arrange this for you. He runs several flats boats and takes up to 3 anglers at a time and can provide up to 4 boats at any one time, catering for parties of up to 12 anglers. The enthusiastic angler may well have seen Capt Lombard on the ESPN channel. He competes nationally in the Oh Boy O'Berto Redfish tournaments and his clients travel thousands of miles to spend a day with him. In 2009, he finished 9th overall after a fantastic season. An absolutely fantastic performance. We can arrange this for you, subject to availability, but we do need to give him plenty of notice prior to your arrival.
Sandpiper - A great place to play golf! & Boating: We can arrange a boat trip for you with a network of local guides. The guides can turn a boat trip from fun to memorable because of their experience of the area and knowledge of the area. If you want to find some of the wildlife that can only be seen from the water, they will know where there have been recent sitings. There are no guarantees, but for the best chance to see dolphin, manatee, turtle, tarpon, sharks and maybe even otters in their natural environment, go out with a guide who will even take you to an island where you can buy an 'unusual' lunch! Boat hire is available at several marinas locally and again, the local office will be more than happy to help you to book your own trip if you prefer to 'go it alone'.
Baseball is back in Charlotte County!!: Why not enjoy watching the Charlotte Stone Crabs. The minor leaguers are the Tampa Bay Rays new Class-A Florida State League affiliate. Enjoy watching one or more games between April 11 2009 and September 06, 2009. For special rates and availability, please call us for more details. If you are visiting Florida earlier, the American League Champion Tampa Bay Rays have their spring training camp at the newly renovated Charlotte Sports Park. The season opens on Wednesday February 25 against the Cincinnati Reds and runs until April 04, 2009.
