Gatlinburg Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to make a reservation.
Reservations must be cancelled two weeks prior to the reserved date in order to receive a 90% refund of the total cost. If a cancellation notice is given less than two weeks before the reserved date, the deposit will be forfeited.
In winter months, chains and/or 4-wheel-drive vehicles may be needed.
In the event of mechanical failure on cabin equipment or utilities, once notified, every effort will be made to correct the problem in a timely manner. However, neither the rental company nor the property owners will be obligated to give refunds.
Guests are responsible for the duration of the entire booking once a reservation has been made.
Please honor the no smoking signs, which are located in the cabins. Smoking areas are located on all covered decks.
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M; however, during peak times, there may be a slight delay— your patience is appreciated. You are welcome to call the office a -
and check on chalet availability for sooner times. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
Occupancy is limited to the reserved party only. Additional guests will be charged $5.00 for each night. Children under 13 are free.
Guests assume full responsibility for damages, excessive cleaning charges, or items that are missing from chalet due to negligence.
Please respect the NO PETS policy that is applied to the cabins. If a pet is found in violation of this policy, a cleaning fee of no less than $100 will be charged to cover carpet and furniture cleaning.
Early departure refunds will not be given for any reason including weather conditions. These days have been reserved for you.
Hot tub covers will be inspected after each rental. Damages will result in a $250 charge.
Please use extreme care with fire, ashes from the fireplace, and smoking materials. Absolutely no fireworks are permitted to be stored or used on the premises.
