You can stroll a few blocks to oceanfront Main Beach Park where you will find restaurants, miniature golf, a water slide and other family activities. Ft. Clinch State Park is two blocks from Main Beach Park where you can visit the fishing pier, hike or bike on the trails and explore the fort. Historic Fernandina Beach is just a short bike or 5-minute car trip and features outstanding shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. Dining choices on Amelia Island include everything from family style dining in local eateries to Salt at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, one of only two AAA 5-Diamond restaurants in Florida. The Oceans of Amelia Condominium is located just 25 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport and 5 minutes from Historic Fernandina Beach.
