The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker. We also provide all dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and glassware. A washer and dryer and iron and ironing board are also included. There are 2 phones with free local calls and an answering machine. There are tennis rackets and bicycles for your use. This home has a large enclosed and heated pool with lush landscaping that provides lots of privacy. There is pool furniture and a gas BBQ grill. When relaxing at the villa, Indian Ridge Oaks has its own community park with pool, tennis and children's play area for your enjoyment.
Amenities, Activities & Area: Private heated enclosed swimming pool, central air conditioning, ceiling fan, washer/dryer, 2 cable TVs, DVD/VCR, Stereo w/CD player, Broadband Internet Access, Phone w/free local calls & message recorder, full service kitchen, refrigerator, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, cooking utensils, child equipped (crib, high chair, strollers), iron/ironing board, linens and towels including pool towels, and hair dryers. Golf at any of the numerous Kissimmee/Orlando area courses. There are 5 courses within 3 miles. Amusement Parks, Tennis, Miniature Golf, Cinemas, Biking, Horseback Riding, Shopping, and Sightseeing. Bass Fishing and Boating at nearby Lake Tohopekaliga. The Orlando area theme parks are within a short drive. Disney is 4 miles; Universal and Sea World just 15 minutes. The Kennedy Space Center and Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in 1 1/2 hour by car.
