Gaylord House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150 Holiday Fee for New Year's Eve and July 4th
- Payment may be made via personal check, money order or traveler’s check. Deposit of one-half rental fee due within 7 days of reservation. Remaining balance due within 45 days of arrival. Deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 prior to arrival. A fully refundable $150 security/damage deposit is required with your balance payment. The fee will be refunded to you within 10 days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of the premises. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 will be added for each pet.
- Weekly rentals are Sunday - Sunday,. Minimum of one week stay during the High-Season and a minimum two night stay during the Off-Season. Off-Season weekends are defined as Friday and Saturday nights. IMPORTANT: we cannot accept groups larger than 10 people.

- The Master Bedroom has a door-wall to the front porch with a beautiful view of the lake. The small upstairs bedroom features hand painted floral tables that match the whimsical decor and a seating alcove with a table and two chairs. The large upstairs bedroom we refer to as the 'kids room' has two double beds and one twin bed and includes a desk area. Both upstairs bedrooms also offer a view of the lake. A double futon is included in the basement game room. Linens are provided.
