CANCELLATIONS:Due to our remote location, once a reservation is booked, you are responsible for the rental period. If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to rebook. If we are successful in rebooking your time period, your deposit will be returned less a 15% cancellation fee. Discount for more than 3 weeks rental.
AVAILABLE AT EXTRA COST: Bone fishing guide. Car available with house(best to make arrangements 60 days in advance). Pick up & return to Deadmans Cay Airport. Weekly housekeeper. Hi-Speed DSL with your laptop. - 2 Adults $1600/minimum stay 7 nights,,,each additional person add $150
Rates are often negotiable when booking within 30 days of arrival date. For your protection and ours for rentals within 30 days of arrival , we will accept payment only by bank wire transfer in the exact amount (No Overpayment---NoChecks).
