Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $99/Night
- $100.00 deposit to hold reservations, balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Refunds will be made if cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to arrival. Two night minimum stay required. Rates are for two people, $10.00 each additional person per night(children under 12 are free). Three night minimum stay required for holiday weekends. Rates year round are $99.00 per night week nights, $109.00 per night weekend nights.

- The bathroom on the top floor between the two queen bedrooms features a shower/tub combination, toilet, and pedestal sink. There is a linen closet in the bathroom where you will find towels and extra sheets for both beds if needed. The bed clothes for the two rollaway beds are there as well. The bathroom on the bottom floor off the master bedroom has a shower/tub combination, vanity cabinet w/sink, and toilet.

Bedroom 3 - 1 queen
- Two bedrooms with queen size beds are on the top floor, with a bathroom between them. There are two single rollaways down in the laundry room that can be moved to the third floor, middle floor, or bottom floor, whichever fits your needs. The master bedroom is on the bottom floor with a king size bed and bathroom right off the bedroom. A sliding glass door provides entry an exit to the porch that leads to the the multi-level deck that leads down to the creek. If you choose to do so, you may leave the sliding glass door open and sleep to the sounds of the creek outside!
