Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $125/Night
- Regular rate - $150/night; $895/Week - $2300/Month. No additional fees for weekly/monthly rentals.
Two night minimum stay.
$200 security deposit, refundable.
$85 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 days.
$200 deposit to hold a date and all fees must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival. 30 day cancellation notice required for refund of holding fee.
