Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Payment can be made through personal checks, money orders or credit cards (through Paypal Secure Website).
Deposits
A deposit of $300 for weekly rentals and $500 for monthly rentals is required at time of booking. Deposit is refunded after keys are returned and all checks out well, after your departure. We have an excellent record for rapid return of deposits.
Cancellation & Return Policy
$500 Cancellation fee will be kept if cancelled within 45 days of occupancy.
Fees & Taxes
No sales tax, no processing fees. However, there is a $75 cleaning fee.

Jan. 1, 2006-April 29, 2006 $1,050/week or $2,900/month
